Returns & Exchange Policy

At Grand Watches, we take great care to ensure that every watch and watch part we supply is authentic, accurately described, and professionally inspected prior to dispatch. Due to the nature of luxury goods, particularly pre-owned timepieces and specialist components, we operate a strict returns and exchanges policy.

1. General Policy

All sales made through GrandWatches.co.uk are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Personal preference

Incorrect sizing or compatibility

Buyer’s remorse

Normal wear or damage occurring after delivery

Returns or exchanges will only be considered where an item is faulty or significantly not as described at the time of sale.

2. Pre-Owned Watches
No Returns for Change of Mind

Pre-owned watches are unique, high-value items that are carefully inspected, photographed, and described individually. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges on pre-owned watches for change of mind or personal preference.

Faulty or Misdescribed Pre-Owned Watches

A return may be accepted only if the watch is proven to be faulty or materially not as described at the time of delivery.

Conditions:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the watch

The watch must be returned unworn and unaltered

All original items must be included (box, papers, accessories, tags)

The watch must pass inspection confirming the reported issue existed prior to delivery

If a fault is confirmed, Grand Watches may, at its discretion:

Repair the watch

Replace it (where possible)

Issue a refund

3. Watch Parts
Compatibility & Selection Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that watch parts are compatible with their specific model and reference before purchase. We strongly recommend contacting us prior to ordering if you are unsure.

No Returns for Incorrect Selection

We do not accept returns or exchanges for watch parts due to:

Incorrect selection

Incompatibility

Installation errors

Damage caused during fitting

Faulty Watch Parts

A return will be considered only if the part is faulty on arrival.

Conditions:

Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery

The part must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Original packaging must be intact

No attempt must have been made to fit or modify the part

Any part that has been installed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

4. Return Process for Approved Faults

within 48 hours of delivery

Provide your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs

Await approval and return instructions

Once received and inspected, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

5. Important Notes

All items are inspected and documented before dispatch

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law
